BOOTH PRICES AND INCLUSIONS

Booth prices are as follows:

NRG Center
  • Early Bird - USD 41 per sq. ft. (Contracts Live–11 July 2023) 
  • Advanced - USD 43 per sq. ft. (12 July 2023–11 January 2024)
  • Standard - USD 45 per sq. ft. (12 January–End of Show)

Center space includes: 

  • Standard booth draping (8-ft. high drape back wall and 3-ft. high drape side rails – in linear space ONLY) and an identification sign (11 x 17 inch) listing Exhibitor name and booth number will be provided to all indoor linear Exhibit Space.
  • Five Complimentary Exhibitor Registrations per 100 square feet of Exhibit Space to be used for staff working the booth.
  • 20 complimentary 4-Day Guest Invites - Invite partners and customers to join you at OTC!
  • Exhibitor listing in official online Conference Program, show APP and show website.
  • Daily Trash Removal and Carpet Vacuuming is included with your indoor and outdoor space rental.  
  • One copy of the OTC proceedings (Code emailed to Primary booth contact)
  • Shipping and Drayage is not included with the cost of your booth space.

 

Parkway (outdoor exhibit space)

  • Parkway Cement - USD 25 per sq. ft.  (no asphalt space available in 2024)
  • NEW FOR 2024 - USD 15 Machinery Rate *Parkway only
  • 20x20 Hospitality Suite - USD 23,400
  • 20x30 Hospitality Suite - USD 36,600

Companies will be assigned based on the OTC Priority Numbers System and then on a first-come, first-served basis.

Follow the steps below to get started:
1. Review the Terms & Conditions carefully.
2. View the Floorplan  (NRG Center Only at this time)
3. Select five (5) preferred locations.
4. Complete and submit the Exhibit Space Contract  - (email the sales team for password assistance)
